Thank you for joining us as one of our vendors for our 6th Annual Red White and Brew, and we look forward to having you participate in many of our upcoming events. Vendors can expect from 3,000 + guest. You can make payments based on the previously discussed amount using the link provided. PLEASE PROVIDE BUSINESS NAME ON ORDERS COMMENT SECTION WHEN MAKING PAYMENT. We're thrilled to have you on board!

BOOTH VENDORS: $50 10x10 Booth (If need a 20x20 please contact (915) 262-5897 before paying for we can provide you the adjusted price and don't be charge taxes twice.)

FOOD TRUCK VENDORS: $200 (Must provide own generator, Texas permit and licensing).

• Vendors will provide their own Table, Chairs, Canopy, Stakes and if needed their own generator as well.
• Vendors must have Texas permit and Licensing and must have it on the day of the event. (If you have a New Mexico permit and licensing is not permitted, must provide a Texas permit.)
• Set-up Time is from 3:00pm - 5:00pm Gates Open at 6:00pm.
• Hotspot Recommended.
• Please note this event is for all ages
• A spot # will be provided to all vendors a week before the event. Please provide a good PHONE NUMBER & EMAIL

Refund Policy:

**Refund Eligibility: ** for a refund if they request it before the specified deadline, which is typically 7 days before the event.

**Refund Process: ** To request a refund, must contact our GM via email or phone with their order details and reason for the refund.

**Refund Approval: ** Refunds are subject to approval based on the terms and conditions outlined in our refund policy.

**Refund Timeline: ** Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.

**Cancellation Policy: ** If an event is canceled by us, vendors will receive a full refund automatically to the original payment method or can be used for credit for future event. This is an outdoor event refund will not be refunded due to weather, instead it will be subject for credit to future events, unless event is cancelled by Painted Dunes Desert Golf Course.

**Policy Changes: ** We reserve the right to modify or update our refund policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to vendors via email or phone.
