Refund Policy:
**Refund Eligibility: ** for a refund if they request it before the specified deadline, which is typically 7 days before the event.
**Refund Process: ** To request a refund, must contact our GM via email or phone with their order details and reason for the refund.
**Refund Approval: ** Refunds are subject to approval based on the terms and conditions outlined in our refund policy.
**Refund Timeline: ** Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
**Cancellation Policy: ** If an event is canceled by us, vendors will receive a full refund automatically to the original payment method or can be used for credit for future event. This is an outdoor event refund will not be refunded due to weather, instead it will be subject for credit to future events, unless event is cancelled by Painted Dunes Desert Golf Course.
**Policy Changes: ** We reserve the right to modify or update our refund policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to vendors via email or phone.
